ECU System Designer 

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Contract role- 12 months with the possibility to renew.

Our client is a leading Automotive company based in Gothenburg. They are currently looking for a ECU System Design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of electrical system solutions and embedded software applications for our vehicles.
• Ensure seamless integration of new functions and features into our vehicles.
• Work closely with different stakeholders and global teams to achieve project goals.
• Improve quality assurance processes through active brainstorming and knowledge sharing.
• Cooperate with international sites and brands to secure knowledge transfer and competence development.
• Drive innovation to meet the increasing demand for integrated software solutions and services.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience, depending on the field.
• Hands-on experience in testing and verification in rigs and/or vehicles.
• Function development and system rig verification experience.
• Knowledge of software download and fault tracing.
• Good understanding of the software release process.
• Familiarity with tools and systems, such as KOLA, KNOX, and Artifactory.
• Logical design and functional safety knowledge (ISO 26262 is a plus).
• System Weaver knowledge and experience with CANalyzer or CANOE.
• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Experience with software development in the automotive industry is highly valuable.
